Every number is on this page. Parker, Castle Rock, Douglas County and the south Denver metro. No quote form and no discovery call to find out whether you can afford it.
$1,500 to $6,500 for the build, one time. $750 to $1,500 a month if you want the search work. Hosting and domain under $200 a year, paid to the provider.
No form, no call, no packages starting from. The price does not change by town.
A quote form that hides the price is a way of qualifying you before you have qualified them. Once an agency knows your revenue and how badly the phone needs to ring, the number moves.
That is the entire reason the industry works this way, and it is why you have probably sat through a discovery call to learn something that should have taken thirty seconds.
You should be able to decide whether this is worth a conversation before having one. Publishing it means the price is the price.
Three pages for a single-service business, twenty for a company with eight services and six towns to cover. The work per page is the same, which is why the range is what it is.
Each one gets a real page rather than a duplicate with the name swapped. That pattern has a name at Google and it works against you, so it is not a cheaper option, it is a worse one.
Sometimes the answer is a clean-up rather than a rebuild, which costs less. Sometimes it is that the site is fine and the Google profile needs the work instead, which costs less again.
A three page site gets the same build quality as a twenty page one. There are just fewer pages. Every build includes a page per service, town pages, an FAQ, tap-to-call in the header, schema, and the whole thing in your name.
Hosting and the domain, which are yours. Together they usually run under $200 a year, you pay the provider directly, and I do not mark them up. Ad spend, if you run ads, goes to Google rather than to me.
Most sites are live in two to three weeks from the interview. Larger builds with more service pages take four to six. If I cannot fit a deadline I will tell you rather than take the deposit and queue you.
Three patterns account for most of the wasted spend I see when somebody brings me an existing site. None of them are exotic and all three are worth checking before you spend anything, here or anywhere.
Paying monthly for a site nobody is improving. A maintenance retainer on a site that has not changed in a year is rent, not work. Ask what shipped last month. If the answer is uptime, that is a hosting bill with a consultant's margin on it.
Ranking for terms with no volume. The report looks healthy and the phone stays quiet. It takes an hour to check: pull the report, look up the monthly volume behind each term, and compare it to your calls.
Buying search work on a site that cannot rank. Optimising a thin, slow site is paying for a ceiling. Sometimes the honest answer is that the build has to come first, and sometimes it is the reverse, that the site is fine and the profile needs the work instead.
The reason all three survive is that each one produces something that looks like progress. An invoice, a report, a monthly call. None of them produce a call from a customer.
Which is also the honest limit of this page. A build alone does not make the phone ring. It converts the people who already arrive, and that is worth real money on its own, but it is not the same thing as more of them arriving.
Getting more of them to arrive is local SEO, and it runs on a longer clock: movement in one to two months, real call volume around month six, full return in about a year. The trades are seasonal, so your busy period shifts all of it.
Why cheaper than a Denver agency: overhead. They carry an office, account managers and a sales team, and that is in your invoice. I do the work myself, which is also why there is a limit on how many builds run at once.
Agreed on paper before any work begins, and it does not move afterwards. Every deliverable itemised alongside it, so there is a list to measure the build against.
On the build. No rush fee and no deposit taken for work I cannot actually fit into the schedule.
Once the site is live and the accounts are in your name. Hosting and the domain are billed to you by the provider, not to me and on to you.
The search work is separate and you can stop it. Short initial ramp, then month to month with 30 days notice.
$1,500 for a three page custom site. $3,500 is where most local service businesses land. $6,500 for a twenty page build covering every service across every town you drive to.
Local SEO on top is $750 to $1,500 a month after the initial ramp, month to month. A typical Denver agency charges $1,500 to $3,500 a month on a required twelve month agreement, holds the accounts, and reports impressions and positions rather than calls.
Every one of the services is priced separately. Ads management is quoted on the Google Ads page, and local web design covers what a build includes end to end.
Cheaper to find out where you actually stand first.

Because a call lets them price you rather than the work. Once they know your revenue and how badly you need it, the number moves. Publishing it means the price is the price.
Page count, almost entirely. Three pages for a single-service business, twenty for a company with eight services and six towns to cover. The work per page is the same.
$750 to $1,500 a month after the initial ramp, month to month. Denver agencies typically charge $1,500 to $3,500 on a required twelve month agreement.
Half at the start, half at launch, on the build. The monthly work is billed monthly and you can stop it.
Hosting and domain, which are yours and typically run under $200 a year combined. I do not mark those up, and you pay the provider directly rather than paying me for access to your own site.
No rush fee. If I can fit it I will say so, and if I cannot I will tell you rather than take the deposit and queue you.
$47, and the plan that comes out of it is yours whether or not you hire me. It exists so you can find out whether a rebuild is even the right spend before committing to one.
Overhead. They carry an office, account managers and a sales team, and that is in your invoice. I do the work myself.
Then buy part of it. I will tell you which part actually moves the phone for your situation, including when it is the profile rather than the site.
Parker, Castle Rock, Douglas County and the south Denver metro. The price does not change by town, and neither does the build. What changes is how many town pages you need, which is the page count question above.
I'll give you the exact number for your build, and tell you honestly if the money belongs somewhere other than a rebuild. Forty-eight hours, no call required. Yours to keep either way.
$47, free if you go ahead with any service. If you do not see an increase in calls by month three, I work for free until you do.
